Does your jewelry have any harmful metals in it?

Absolutely not!  I chose designers who used quality materials in their pieces, so no nickel or lead.  All pieces are hypo-allergenic.

My jewelry tarnished.  Can I exchange it?

Unfortunately, all worn jewelry items are final sale.  TRIBE VI's jewelry is fashion, so it will tarnish over time.  Read here to learn about how you can prevent it!

Why doesn't the item I received look like the one in the picture?

Pictures online are not always perfect!  Colors can slightly change based on the screen you're using to look at it.  Also, some jewelry is made with natural gemstones, which vary in color.  No two pieces will be identical.  If you're unsure about the color variation you're interested in, just email me and I'll be more than happy to help! shoptribevi@gmail.com

Orders:

How do I cancel my order?

Email shoptribevi@gmail.com within 24 hours to cancel.  After 24 hours, orders begin to process and cannot be canceled.

If I live locally, can I pick up my order?

Yes!  Just check "Local Pickup" when you check out.

Do you gift wrap?

At this time, we don't gift wrap.  However, jewelry will always be shipped with a dust pouch and box!

Shipping:

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders take about 2-3 business days to process and 1-3 business days to ship.  However, the shipping time may be longer due to COVID-19.  Every order has tracking so you will be able to stay up-to-date.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, TRIBE VI only ships within the USA.

Returns:

Can I return my order?

You may return your order within 10 business days of delivery date.  Items that are ineligible for return are earrings, hair accessories, and sale items.  Return postage is paid for at the buyer's expense.  Fill out this form to begin the return process.
